- 1 1/2 pound 3/4 inch round steak
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper

- Place meat in baking dish. Add in all remaining ingredients over meat. Place in 350 degree oven and bake 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender. Serves 4.
