- 6 x carrots, grated
- 2 x apples, grated
- 1 can pineapple bits, liquid removed, reserve juice
- 1/2 x - 1 C. yellow raisins
- 1/2 c. matzo cake meal
- 1 c. matzo farfel, softened with a little water
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Â Â cinnamon for topping

- In large bowl, combine carrots, pineapple, apple and raisins.
- In medium bowl, combine reserved juice, Large eggs, sugar, oil and water; whisk together and whisk in cake meal. Fold in farfel. Combine with fruit mix, and pour into oiled 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
