- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Fresh parsley, minced
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 2 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x 4 ounce. package Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 c. Plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 clv garlic
- 1/3 c. Minced seeded tomato
- 1/3 c. Cucumber, minced, peeled and seeded
- 1 tsp Fresh dill, finely minced

- Mix meat, parsley, egg, bread crumbs, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-low heat. Add in meatballs. Cook 12 to 15 min or possibly till cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, place Feta cheese, yogurt, lowfat milk and 1 clove garlic in food processor or possibly blender container cover. Process till smooth. Fold in the minced tomato, minced cucumber and the dill.
- Serve meatballs with cocktail picks and dip in yogurt sauce.
