I can't say enough good things about these. They were sooooo good!! I splurged and got pork loin ribs, but use whatever kind you like.

Ингредиенты
- 3 lb ribs (I cut mine into individual ribs, but you can cut it into small sections if you like)
- 2 large shallots, minced
- 1/2 c fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/3 c sugar
Инструкции
- Separate the ribs if you are going too and set them into a large bowl or plastic bag.
- In a small bowl stir together the fish sauce, shallot, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over the ribs and marinate over night.
- On a medium grill, cook the ribs about 8-10 minutes a side, until a meat thermometer inserted near the bone reads 165 degrees.
