- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can seasoned black beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil and oregano
- 2 cups (3oz) whole wheat egg noodles
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley leaves

- 4 (6-ounce) red potatoes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups 1% milk, divided ( I used skim)
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 turkey bacon slices, halved
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tsp thinly sliced green onions
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 12 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 pound curly endive, coarsely chopped (1 pound of escarole would be a good substitution)
