- 2 c. Cooked orzo pasta, liquid removed
- 2 c. Seedless grapes
- 8 ounce Small cooked peeled shrimp
- 1 c. Seeded diced cucumbers
- 1/4 c. Diced green pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dry dill weed
- 1/8 tsp Grnd pepper
- 1/4 c. White wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp Dry dill weed
- 1 tsp Finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Cracked pepper

- Mix hot, liquid removed, cooked orzo with 2 Tbsp. Mustard-Dill Dressing; mix well and cold. Add in remaining ingredients, including remaining dressing, and mix well. Cover and chill till ready to serve.
- Makes 4 servings.
- Mustard Dill Dressing: Combine ingredients, vinegar through pepper; mix well.
- Makes about 1/2 c..

- Notes:*Cook orzo according to package directions or possibly boil in salted water 9 to 11 min or possibly till barely tender.
