- 3 acorn squash
- Melted buter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 pound sausage
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 3/4 pound grnd meat
- Buttered bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

- Preheat oven to 400. Cut squash in half, and remove the seeds. Brush with butter and season with salt and pepper. Bake the squash with cut sides down for 45 min.
- While squash is baking, brown the beef, sausage, onion and celery in skillet. Add in soup and cook till heated. Remove squash from oven and fill with meat mix. Cover with the bread crumbs. Sprinkle the tops with sugar. Bake 20 min. Remove from oven and serve.
