- 12 ounce Buitoni Penne
- 4 ounce Broccoli, broken into small florets
- 4 ounce Fine green beans, trimmed & halved
- 4 ounce Asparagus tips, trimmed
- 2 ounce Butter
- Â Â (3 fl ounce white wine
- 2 Tbsp. Caster sugar
- Â Â Finely grated rind and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 10 ounce Fresh salmon, skinned, boned & cubed
- Â Â Fresh chervil leaves

- Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding vegetables halfway through cooking.
- Meanwhile, heat butter in a small saucepan and stir in wine, sugar, lemon rind and juice. Cook over a low heat stirring occasionally till the sugar has dissolved.
- Mix cornflour with 75ml (3fl ounce) cool water and stir into the lemon mix. Bring to the boil stirring continuously till thickened slightly.
- Season to taste. Stir in salmon, cover and simmer for 5-6 min.
- Drain pasta and vegetables then toss with lemon butter mix and salmon.
- Heat through, sprinkle with chervil and serve warm or possibly cool.
