A tin of tuna can save the day , for self-invited guests or middle-of-the month economy.
Ингредиенты
- 5cm slice of wholewheat bread
- 1cup of milk
- 5 tsp butter
- 1 cup grated onion
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 cup Tamato sauce
- Sprinkling of fish spice and coarse black pepper
- 1tsp dried parsley/ 2 tbs fresh, chopped
- 200g tuna fish, slightly flaked
- 3 eggs, beaten

- Preheat oven to 375* F
- In a suitable microwave bowl, crumble bread , add butter and milk.
- Mirowave 2 minutes, it will form a pulp
- To the bread mixture, add the rest of the ingredients
- Transfer to an oven dish, and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Variations:
- Replace the tuna with 2 shredded chicken breasts and mayonaise
- Replace tuna with a tin of corned beef, more mustard powder and a sprinkling of cayene pepper
