A tin of tuna can save the day , for self-invited guests or middle-of-the month economy.

Ингредиенты

  • 5cm slice of wholewheat bread
  • 1cup of milk
  • 5 tsp butter
  • 1 cup grated onion
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 cup Tamato sauce
  • Sprinkling of fish spice and coarse black pepper
  • 1tsp dried parsley/ 2 tbs fresh, chopped
  • 200g tuna fish, slightly flaked
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 375* F
  2. In a suitable microwave bowl, crumble bread , add butter and milk.
  3. Mirowave 2 minutes, it will form a pulp
  4. To the bread mixture, add the rest of the ingredients
  5. Transfer to an oven dish, and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Variations:
  7. Replace the tuna with 2 shredded chicken breasts and mayonaise
  8. Replace tuna with a tin of corned beef, more mustard powder and a sprinkling of cayene pepper
