Ингредиенты
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 x Onion, finely minced
- 1 c. Celery, diced
- 1 x Green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. Carrot, diced
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 3 c. Cooked white beans
Инструкции
- Place the water in a saucepan, add in all the vegetables & the garlic.
- Cook stirring occasionally, for 15 min. Stir in the curry pwdr, cumin & soy sauce, mix well. Remove from the heat. Add in the beans; mix well.
- Place the mix in a food processor or possibly blender & process briefly till minced but not pureed. Chill.
