Ingredients: 2 c. Brown rice cooked; 2 c. cooked chicken breast in bite-sized pcs; 1 c. Celery minced; 1 c. Raisins; 3/4 c. green (stuffed) olives sliced; 1 c. Almonds-sliced; 1 tsp onion salt; 1 tsp curry pwdr; 1/2 c. lite mayonnaise; 1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt

2 c. Brown rice cooked
2 c. cooked chicken breast in bite-sized pcs
1 c. Celery minced
1 c. Raisins
3/4 c. green (stuffed) olives sliced
1 c. Almonds-sliced

1 tsp curry pwdr
1/2 c. lite mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt

Mix everything together, and chill.
NOTES : Carol says: This can be used as a side dish, main dish, or possibly put in pita bread for a sandwich. You can delete a couple of the ingredients if they aren't to your liking. For instance I omit the raisins and celery.
