- 1/2 lb fresh Dungeness crab meat or possibly thawed frzn
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 sm onion thinly sliced
- 1 can artichoke hearts - (14 ounce) liquid removed, and cut into 1/4" pcs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Chopped fresh parsley

- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, artichoke hearts and cheese, mixing well. Turn the mix into an oven-safe shallow baking dish, such as a gratin dish.
- Bake till the dip is bubbly on the edges, 20 to 25 min. Garnish it with chopped parsley. Serve with assorted breads, if you like.
- This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
