Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb fresh Dungeness crab meat or possibly thawed frzn
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 sm onion thinly sliced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts - (14 ounce) liquid removed, and cut into 1/4" pcs
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Chopped fresh parsley

Инструкции

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, artichoke hearts and cheese, mixing well. Turn the mix into an oven-safe shallow baking dish, such as a gratin dish.
  2. Bake till the dip is bubbly on the edges, 20 to 25 min. Garnish it with chopped parsley. Serve with assorted breads, if you like.
  3. This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
