Ингредиенты
- 3 Tbsp. canned peach juice (45ml)
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice (45ml)
- 2 clv garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves, minced (45ml)
- 1 x medium red onion, finely minced
- 1 x can peaches, minced
- 1 x red bell pepper, seeded and finely minced
- 1 x salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 4 x Tuna steaks

- In a medium size bowl mix peaches, mint and lime. Add in garlic, red onion, bell peppers and mix. Add in peach juice, salt, pepper and mix.
- Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- Pre-heat the grill to high heat.
- Season the tuna with oil, salt and pepper. Place tuna onto oiled grill. Cook the steaks for approximately 3 1/2 to 5 min per side.
- Remove tuna from the grill and serve with onion relish.
- Yield: 4 servings
