  1. Dip fish in margarine and skim milk.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
  3. Dredge fish with crumb mixture and place on greased baking pans.
  4. Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes for each inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and internal temperature is 145F.
  5. Place sliced lemon on top of each piece of fish as a garnish.
