- Dip fish in margarine and skim milk.
- Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
- Dredge fish with crumb mixture and place on greased baking pans.
- Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes for each inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and internal temperature is 145F.
- Place sliced lemon on top of each piece of fish as a garnish.
