- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 c. Frzn potatoes with onions and peppers
- 1 c. Salsa
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr, if you like
- 4 ounce Shredded colby-monterey jack cheese blend (about 1 c.)
Инструкции
- 1. In large nonstick skillet, brown grnd beef. Remove grnd beef from skillet; cover to keep hot. Throw away drippings.
- 2. In same skillet, heat oil over medium heat till warm. Add in potatoes; cook and stir 8 to 10 min or possibly till browned.
- 3. Stir in salsa, chili pwdr and grnd beef. Cook 5 to 8 min or possibly till thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook 2 to 4 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
