- 1/2 lb Small new red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 lb Fresh green beans, trimmed, broken into 2-inch pcs
- 1/4 c. Nonfat lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh dill weed
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped

- Prep Time: 20 minutesIn medium saucepan, bring about 2 c. water to a boil. Add in potatoes and green beans; return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 9 to 11 min or possibly till beans are crisp-tender.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all other ingredients; blend well.
- Drain vegetables; rinse with cool water to cold slightly. Place in serving bowl. Add in lowfat sour cream mix; toss to coat. Serve immediately or possibly chill till serving time.
- 8 (1/2-c.) servings.
