Ингредиенты
- 500 gm Lean pork, hind leg (knuckle) or possibly back (blade)
- 300 gm Lean beef
- 200 gm Back bacon fat or possibly belly Without skin
- 20 gm Salt
- 1/2 tsp Finely grnd white pepper
- 1/2 tsp Finely grnd nutmeg
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

- Mince meat mass and fat through 10mm disc, then fold in all remaining ingredients for 5-10 mins. Fill pork casings and twist into 150mm lengths.
