- 2 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese, soft
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Grated lemon peel
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, adding Large eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel and beat till light and fluffy. Pour into crust. Bake 35 min, or possibly till hard. Combine lowfat sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. When cheesecake comes out of the oven, spread this topping carefully over. Cold. Chill overnight.
