- 1 c. Boiled fresh corn chilled
- 1/2 c. Grated carrot
- 1 med Onion minced fine
- 1 med Tomato minced fine
- 1/2 c. Coriander minced fine
- 1 lrg Potato boiled
- 1/2 c. Curd or possibly plain lowfat yoghurt
- 1/2 c. Sev, (fine)
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 1 x Finely minced green chilly, (or possibly equivalent paste)
- 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powdered.

- Tie the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 hrs. Chop potato finely. Keep aside sev and half the coriander. Just before serving mix ingredients well in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to individual bowls. Garnish with sev and coriander. Serve with lowfat milk Shakes or possibly tea.
