- 1 lb Spring Mix
- 5lbs Chicken, Cooked and cut into cubs
- 1 lb Mandarine Oranges, Drained
- 1 lb Thinly Sliced Cucumbers
- 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Seasame Oil
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
- Black Pepper
- 20 Spinach Herb Wrap
Инструкции
- Combine greens, chicken, organges and cucumbers in a large bowl.
- Combine vinegar and sugar.
- Whisk in vegetable oil and sesame oil. Pour dressing over salad.
- Add sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste. Then toss.
- Place garlic herb wrap on work surface, and spread 4 oz chicken mixture on bottem half of wrape, proceed to roll wrap from the botten half to the top.
- Seal the wrap then slice in half on the bias.
