- 2 tbsp. fish sauce (or possibly substitute 2 additional tbsp. soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. plain low fat yogurt
- 1 lemon, juice and grated peel
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil (or possibly 1 teaspoon dry)
- 2 teaspoon warm red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 frying chicken (3 lbs.) cut up and trimmed off fat

- Put all ingredients except chicken in a plastic bag; knead bag lightly to mix. Add in chicken and turn bag several times to mix and coat pcs. Marinate at room temperature for 30 min or possibly for several hrs in refrigerator.
- Remove chicken from bag and arrange, skin side up in a shallow nonstick roasting pan. Roast in preheated 375 degree oven for 50 min. Serves 6, 190 calories per serving.
