- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 egs
- 1 tsp spice plus cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup margarine melted
- 1/3 cup flour

- Place 3-4 sweet potatoes in microwave 6 minutes 1 at a time
- Mix potatoes, sugar, margarine, milk, eggs and cinnamon
- place in casserole dish
- mix toppings: brown sugar, pecans, margarine, and flour and sprinkle on top
- bake 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
