- 2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 stalks celery
- 6 green onions
- 3/4 cup craisins with cherry infusion
- Sauce:
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- tarragon
