- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes (save juice)
- 1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
- 1 med. onion, sauteed
- 1 bell pepper, sauteed
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 T cornstarch or possibly tapioca
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Saute onion and pepper. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt and add in 1/2 juice of both pineapple and tomatoes. B ring to boil stirring all the time, lower heat and stir till thick. Add in to sauce big minced tomato pcs and pineapple then onions and pepper. Heat and put over patties or possibly meatballs.
