Рецепт Shrimp with kiwi-lime relish
This bright dish adds a summery flavor to the shrimp. We really enjoyed this dish and it's now one of our weekly seafood dishes.
Ингредиенты
- Juice of one to two limes according to taste
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
- sea salt
- pepper milange
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1-2# shrimp
- 2 tbsp safflower oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Инструкции
- Stir the lime juice, cilantro, kiwi, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic and some of the cilantro. Saute until cooked all the way through.
- Serve immediately with the relish on top.
- Enjoy!
