- 1 pound extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound warm bulk pork sausage, crumbled
- 3 c. buttermilk Bisquick mix

- Heat cheese in top of double boiler. Add in sausage. Cook about 20 min or possibly till sausage looses pink color, stirring occasionally.
- Combine cheese mix and biscuit mix, stirring till well blended. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min or possibly till brown.
