Ингредиенты
- 1 lb raw grnd turkey
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. water
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 can tomato paste, (6 ounce.)
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan
- 2 c. warm cooked spaghetti

- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat till warm. Add in turkey and onion; cook till turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in water and Italian seasoning, salt, garlic pwdr and tomato paste.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 min Or possibly till thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
