Рецепт Pumpkin Cake
Ингредиенты
- 250g pumpkin flesh
- 2 cups flour
- baking powder 1 tsp.
- 2 pcs eggs
- 0.75 cups sugar
- 0.75 cup melted butter
- 3 tbsp. l. orange juice
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 70 g of peeled pumpkin seeds
- salt

- Pumpkin cut into cubes. In skillet heat 1 tbsp. l. oil, put the pumpkin, add 3-4 tablespoons. l. water and simmer until tender.
- Ready-pound pumpkin into a puree.
- Mix flour baking powder and salt and sift.
- Add 0.5 cups of melted butter, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and sugar.
- Then add the slightly beaten eggs and orange juice. Knead dough until the consistency of thick cream.
- Add to batter half of pumpkin seeds, mix well.
- Bakeware smear the remaining butter, pour it into the dough, sprinkle with remaining seeds.
- Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes. at 180 º C
