  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn Chinese vegetables
  • 3 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 c. thinly sliced cooked pork
  • 1/4 c. minced green onion
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can chow mein noodles

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Place in a large bowl with 1 Tbsp. soy sauce. Heat skillet or possibly wok; add in oil and meat; stir fry till brown. Add in onions, fry 30 seconds. Stir in vegetables, lifting and turning till very warm. Sprinkle with soy sauce and chow mein noodles. Serves 4.
