- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn Chinese vegetables
- 3 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 c. thinly sliced cooked pork
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- Soy sauce
- 1 (3 ounce.) can chow mein noodles
Инструкции
- Cook vegetables according to package directions. Place in a large bowl with 1 Tbsp. soy sauce. Heat skillet or possibly wok; add in oil and meat; stir fry till brown. Add in onions, fry 30 seconds. Stir in vegetables, lifting and turning till very warm. Sprinkle with soy sauce and chow mein noodles. Serves 4.
