- 4 x Cubed pork steaks
- 2Â 1/2 tsp Flour
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. Lowfat milk

- Carrots sliced thin Onions sliced thin Potatoes sliced thin
- Brown steaks well in frying pan. Remove meat - add in flour, soup and lowfat milk to fry pan and simmer a few min. layer in casserole the potatoes and carrots and onions. Top with meat and season with salt and pepper. Top with soup mix and bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/ 2 hour or possibly till done.
