- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Chunky salsa
- 1/3 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon/lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin Salt to taste

- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides. Conbine salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mix over chops. cover and simmer 10-12 min or possibly till meat is cooked.
