- 1/2 c. Pastina
- 1/4 c. Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1/4 c. Dates, minced
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla

- Scald lowfat milk then stir in pastina. Cook till tender & thickened, about 20 min. Add in maple syrup, butter, dates & vanilla. Spoon into serving dishes. Cold slightly before serving.
