- 2 c. Spinach, cooked
- 1/4 c. Onions, minced
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Bacon, crisply cooked, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- Â Â Salt and pepper, to taste
- Â Â Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 1/3 c. Butter, melted
- Â Â Herbsaint, to taste

- Put all ingredients in processor except oysters. Puree and put some on each oyster. Bake at 475 degrees till warm and bubbly.
