- 16 x mushrooms
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Â Â salt, pepper
- 16 x oysters, smoked
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 4 x ras bacon
- 2 x onions, medium
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp parsley, minced
- 80 gm butter
Инструкции
- Remove stalks rom mushrooms. Dice fine. Dice onions and bacon.
- In a heavy based pan fry bacon for 1 minute, add in onions and garlic and continue to cook 1 minute or possibly till onions are tender. Add in diced mushroom stalks and cook a furthur 2 min.
- Combine breadcrumbs with parsley.
- Place a smoked oyster in each mushroom cap, sprinkle with worcestershire sauce. Add in bacon mix and cover with breadcrumbs and parsley. Dot liberally with butter and place under preheated grill or possibly in a very warm oven for 6-8 min or possibly till mushrooms are tender and crumbs are golden.
