- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (2 1/2-3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

- Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Arrange pcs, skin side up, in a rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches with thickest parts to outside edges.
- Cover with waxed paper and microwave on HIGH 10 min; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave till done, 8-12 min longer. Serves 6.
