Ингредиенты
- Lentils 4lbs Clean and soak in cold water over night
- Water 4 1/2 gals
- Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
- Mirepoix:
- Onions 2 cupss Peel and Dice
- Celery 2 cups Wash ans Dice
- Carrots 2 cups Wash and Dice
- Garlic 2 cups Minced
- Bay Leaves 4 ech (or as needed)
- Salt and Pepper To Taste

- In hot tilt grill add mirepoix and sweat until the onions are translucent. Add Water, Vegetable base, Bay leaves, and Lentils. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Simmer for about 2 hours or until the lentils are tender. Ajust the seasonings if neccessary. remove Bay leaves before serving.
