Ингредиенты

Lentils 4lbs Clean and soak in cold water over night Water 4 1/2 gals Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup Mirepoix: Onions 2 cupss Peel and Dice

Celery 2 cups Wash ans Dice Carrots 2 cups Wash and Dice Garlic 2 cups Minced Bay Leaves 4 ech (or as needed) Salt and Pepper To Taste

Инструкции

1. In hot tilt grill add mirepoix and sweat until the onions are translucent. Add Water, Vegetable base, Bay leaves, and Lentils. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Simmer for about 2 hours or until the lentils are tender. Ajust the seasonings if neccessary. remove Bay leaves before serving.
