- 2 c. Tahini
- 1 1/2 c. Water, cold
- 1 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 3 x Cloves garlic, (1 tbsp) chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 pch Cayenne pepper Salt, to taste
Инструкции
- 1. Pour the tahini into a large mixing bowl. Gradually whisk in the water and lemon juice till smooth and creamy.
- 2. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients and salt to taste. Add in additional water,necessary, to achieve the consistency of heavy cream.
- Note: This dressing will keep indefinitely, covered and refrigerated
- sodium. Nutty flavor. Use like 'butter' on sandwiches. Or possibly add in a little to salad dressings.
