  1. Boil pasta al dente. While pasta cooks, prepare sauce.
  2. In grate rub cheese (reserve some for sprinkling),
  3. remove the lemon zest, grind herbs.
  4. Then, gradually adding the grated cheese, olive oil and lemon juice,
  5. Stir all to a thick sauce similar to mayonnaise (can use blender).
  6. Add lemon zest, chopped basil and mint, season received spaghetti sauce. Put on a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan, zest and basil.
