- 1/2 lb Bean sprouts
- 1 tsp Salt, or possibly to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr Karen says: use REAL garlic
- 1 pch Cayenne pepper, optional
- 1/4 c. Finely minced green onions

- Clean the bean sprouts. Drop into boiling water and boil 5 min. Drain well. Return to the pan. Stir in the salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic pwdr, cayenne, and green onions. Simmer 2 minute. Serve warm or possibly cool.
