- 2 lbs? hot sausage! cooked and drained
- 10 slices stale bread, remove crust and cut into squares
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups half & half cream
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Lea & Perrin
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
Инструкции
- Put together 24 hrs. Ahead in a greased 9 X 13 casserole pan
- Layer first with bread
- SEcond layer is sausage
- Third layer is cheese
- Finally the eggs
- Mix half and half with seasonings and pour over all the rest.
- Place 9X13 in a shallow pan with water in it.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours @ 350 degrees
