- 6 x Cloves Elephant Garlic
- 1 c. Red bell pepper, minced
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 4 c. Salad greens
- 1/2 c. Cheese, cubed (mixed)
- 1/2 c. Celery, diced
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1/4 c. Radishes, sliced
Инструкции
- In a saute/fry pan, pour in sufficient water to cover the garlic cloves. Simmer for 10 min, drain and cold the cloves. Arrange the lettuce on a platter, toss together the veggies and cheese. Slice the cloves thin and toss in with the veggies. Top lettuce with the veggy mix and oranges.
- Top with "Jim's Black Raspberry Salad Dressing"
