- 2 can (14 1/2 ounce) Stewed Tomatoes
- 2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Instan Chopped Onion
- 3 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Green Pepper Flakes
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 4 can (8 ounce) Tomato Sauce
- 2 can (6 ounce) Tomato Paste
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Instant Chopped Garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Инструкции
- Puree Stewed tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in a large kettle or possibly Dutch oven. Simmer 15 min over medium-low heat. Cold and put into six 1-pt containers leaving 1/2-inch space at top. Seal and label containers Italian Cooking Sauce Mix. Freeze and use within 6 months.
- Makes about 6 pints of mix.
