- 3 x To 31/2 pound chicken (cut into serving pcs)
- 2 med Onions (minced)
- 1 lrg Green pepper (minced)
- 1 lrg Tomato (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. , sweet paprika
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Of corn oil
- 1/2 tsp Of parsley flakes
- 1 tsp Of black pepper Salt (to taste)
- 3/4 c. Of water
Инструкции
- In a six qt dutch oven saute/fry, onion, green pepper,tomato, for 3 min.
- Add in chicken,paprika, black pepper,water,parsley. Cover and cook very slowly on low heat till chicken tender. Stir occasionally. Fold in lowfat sour cream before serving. Add in salt to taste.
- Serve it on boiled rice,or possibly egg noodles or possibly boiled potatoes or possibly home made dumplings.
- Serves four.
