- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 6 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 pkt Cream cheese, softened, 3 ounce
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr

- Preparation Time: 0:25
- Preheat oven to 400. Greasepan with 1 Tablespoons butter. Add in remaining butter and place in oven till butter sizzles. While dish is in oven, place remaining ingredients in blender.
- Blend at high speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and blend at high speed 1 additional minute. Remove pan from oven and immediately pour in batter.
- Bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly till puffed and dark golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice if you like. Serve immediately with powdered sugar, syrup ro fresh fruit.
