- 3 lb boneless beef round rump roast
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 1 tsp snipped fresh chives
- 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream Snipped chives (optional)

- Trim fat from meat. Stir together mustard, honey, curry pwdr, and chives. Brush about l Tbsp. of the mustard mix on roast. Insert a meat thermometer near the center of the roast.
- For sauce, mix the remaining mustard mix with lowfat sour cream; cover and chill.
- Arrange preheated coals around a drip pan in a covered grill. Test for medium-low heat above pan. Place roast on grill over drip pan. Cover and grill for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till desired doneness (145 degrees for medium-rare; 160 degrees for medium doneness).
- Remove roast from grill and cover with foil. Let stand 15 min hefore slicing. Serve with sauce and, if you like, snipped chives.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
